As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for the coordination and completion of projects on time, within budget, and within scope. You will lead a team of professionals to achieve milestones and deliver high-quality results.
Key Responsibilities:
- Define project scope, goals, and deliverables that support business objectives in collaboration with senior management and stakeholders.
- Develop comprehensive project plans to monitor and track progress.
- Manage changes to the project scope, schedule, and costs using appropriate verification techniques.
- Measure project performance using appropriate tools and techniques.
- Report and escalate issues to management as needed.
- Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's or master's degree in business or related field.
- Proven working experience as a Project Manager or similar role.
- Solid organizational skills, including multitasking and time-management.
- Strong client-facing and teamwork skills.
- Familiarity with project management software tools, methodologies, and best practices.
Desired Skills:
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- PMP / PRINCE II certification is a plus.
